Plain-language placeholder terms for product review. Have qualified counsel adapt and approve them before accepting customers.

Using Sharedut

These placeholder terms describe access to the Sharedut web portal and mobile applications. Your organisation is responsible for authorised users, accurate account details, and use that complies with applicable law and your own safeguarding policies.

Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans, included usage, billing dates, and renewal terms will be stated in your order form. Taxes may apply. We will provide advance notice of material pricing changes and explain how cancellation affects access and data export.

Your content

Your church retains ownership of the information and materials it submits. You grant Sharedut only the rights needed to host, process, back up, and display that content to authorised users while providing the service.

Acceptable use

You may not use Sharedut to break the law, harm others, bypass security, distribute malicious code, or access another tenant’s information. We may restrict activity that threatens the service while we investigate and notify the account owner.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Sharedut reliable and secure, but this placeholder section does not create a service-level commitment. Final terms will explain support, maintenance, warranties, liability limits, indemnities, and the governing law for your contract.
