Information we collect

This placeholder policy describes information you provide when requesting a demo or using Sharedut, such as your name, email address, church details, and account activity. A production policy will list each data category, source, and lawful basis in full.

How information is used

We use information to provide and secure the service, respond to enquiries, improve product reliability, and communicate important account updates. We do not sell personal information. Marketing communication will include a clear way to opt out.

Church and member data

Churches control the member and ministry information they place in Sharedut. Each church tenant is isolated from every other tenant. A production data processing agreement will define controller and processor responsibilities, retention, sub-processors, and deletion procedures.

Security and retention

We use role-based access, encrypted transport, monitored infrastructure, and tenant isolation to protect information. Data is retained only as long as needed for the service, legal requirements, or a church’s documented retention instructions.

Your choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict, or delete personal information. Contact privacy@sharedut.example to make a request. Identity verification may be required before a request is completed.
